JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan" in the period from 22 to 23 August this year carried out an unscheduled inspection on aviation security of the activities of JSC "Airport Ust-Kamenogorsk" for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of use of airspace and aviation activities.

Based on the results of the audit, a number of violations of aviation security requirements of a systemic nature were revealed. For violation of aviation security requirements and in accordance with Article 107 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and aviation activities", the first head of the airport Korolenko N.I., his deputy - the head of the aviation security service of the airport Grigoriev R.A. and Ust-Kamenogorsk Airport JSC were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 570 Parts 1 and 2 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" in the form of a fine in the total amount of 480 MCI (735,120 tenge).
