04/05/2022

On May 4, a new H145 Airbus Helicopters helicopter was added to the fleet of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by Minister for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yuri Ilyin, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee Talgat Lastaev, General Director of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC Сatalin Radu, Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Engineering" Temirzhan Abdrakhmanov, Vice President of Airbus Helicopters Thomas Zeman.

The aircraft was assembled at the plant of Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering LLP - the only enterprise in the CIS for the assembly and maintenance of helicopters of this type, which is a joint venture between JSC NC Kazakhstan Engineering and Airbus Helicopters.

The acquisition of domestically produced aircraft is the most significant factor in development of the country's military-industrial complex.

The quality of the rotorcraft meets the current standards of the world's leading manufacturing companies, as well as the airworthiness standards of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

The 5-blade main rotor, designed without the use of bearings and hinges, the H145 has been significantly reduced inflight vibrations, which increased the level of passenger comfort and eliminated the active vibration dampening system. As a result, the payload has been increased by 150 kg. To date, the H145 is the most thrust-armed helicopter in its class. In September 2019, he landed in the Andes at the top of Aconcagua at an altitude of 6,961 m, while demonstrating a significant margin of power.

The H145 is a family of twin-engine Airbus helicopters. In total, more than 1,500 vehicles were delivered worldwide, and the total flight time of the fleet exceeds six million hours.

Compactness, a modular cabin with a capacity of up to 9 passengers and the ability to quickly change the configuration, low external noise levels, as well as powerful Safran Helicopter Arriel 2E engines and the latest Helionix avionics with 4-axis autopilot make the H145 the best choice for a wide range of aviation tasks.

For effective control of the new helicopter, the flight and technical staff of the aviation unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations - Kazaviaspas JSC underwent theoretical and practical retraining in Donauwert, Germany.

The aircraft H145 is planned to be used for search and rescue operations, flights to provide medical assistance to the population and carry out sanitary measures, aviation work to protect and protect the forest fund.

Currently, the fleet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is represented by aircraft of domestic and foreign production, including Airbus helicopters of the H145 and H130 families, Mi-8 of various modifications, Mi-26T and Ka-32.
