The agreement will establish a legal framework for direct scheduled flights between the two countries, and will also contribute to the further development of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the United States of America.

The opening of direct flights between the two countries will contribute to the development of political, economic, cultural relations and tourism, as well as increase the transport accessibility of the international financial centre «Astana».
