During these days from 28 June till 1 July 2022 in Istanbul (Türkiye) ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium 2022 “Reconnecting the World: Runway to Aviation Recovery” is going. Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan is represented on the Symposium by the Deputy Director General Mr. Nurbek Bekmukhambetov and Director of Quality Control and Safety Analysis Department Mr. Zhanat Abdugalimov. Kazakhstan was also represented by delegations from Kazaeronavigatsia as a full member TRAINAIR PLUS Program of ICAO and Civil Aviation Academy - ICAO Aviation Security Training Centre.

The main focus of the event combines ICAO’s World Aviation Forum (IWAF), the Global Aviation Cooperation Symposium (GACS) and the Global Aviation Training and TRAINAIR PLUS Symposium. The aim of merging these events is to highlight the ICAO’s latest digital tools, key initiatives, and collaborative endeavours to support aviation recovery, innovation, resilience, sustainable development and operational solutions beyond the COVID-19 pandemic.

AAK delegation had a fruitful discussions on further and potential cooperation with ICAO, ICAO TCB, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of South Korea, JAA TO, SAA, UKCAAi, EMPIC, E-Authority and others international institutions.
