Information on the resumption of flights with Tajikistan

In accordance with the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission on Preventing the Occurrence and Spread of Coronavirus Infection in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 2, 2021, under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. L. Tugzhanov, it is allowed to resume regular flights between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan on the route Almaty-Dushanbe – Almaty with a frequency of 2 flights per week on each side.


From March 14, 2021, Air Astana plans to launch regular flights between Almaty and Dushanbe with a frequency of 1 flight per week on Sundays.


On the part of Tajikistan, it is expected that regular flights between the cities of Almaty and Dushanbe will be resumed from March 18, 2021 by Somon Air with a frequency of 1 flight per week on Thursdays.


Flights will be operated in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and in accordance with the published schedule on the airline’s websites.
