In case of cancellation or rescheduling of flights, passengers who have cell phones and email in their booking will be notified by the system after the changes. Due to limited Internet access, communication with the airline's service center may be difficult.
Passengers of canceled flights will be offered to reschedule their departure to the next flights.
Return and rebooking of tickets will be carried out at the place of purchase after the stabilization of the situation and the restoration of the Internet. Tickets for flights canceled before January 19 can be returned or exchanged without penalty.
It is possible to buy air tickets without access to the Internet through the Kaspi.kz application and at the airline's ticket offices at airports.
Passengers arriving during the curfew must carry an ID card or passport, as well as a boarding pass to move around the city.
