Information on the increase of international flights

In accordance with the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission on preventing the emergence and spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 6, 2021 is allowed to open and increase regular international flights to Montenegro, UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and the Netherlands on the following routes:


1. Montenegro:
– From 15 May 2021, opening of passenger flights on the routes Almaty – Podgorica – Almaty with a frequency of 5 flights per week for the Kazakh side and Nur-Sultan – Podgorica – Nur-Sultan with a frequency of 3 flights per week for the Kazakh side.
2. UAE:
– From 10 May 2021, increase the number of regular flights on the Almaty-Dubai-Almaty route from 5 to 7 flights per week for each side and Nur-Sultan-Dubai-Nur-Sultan from 3 to 5 flights per week for each side.
3. Kyrgyzstan:
– From 15 May 2021, opening of passenger flights with Kyrgyzstan via Almaty – Tamchy – Almaty with a frequency of 7 flights per week for the Kazakh side.
4. Uzbekistan:
– From 15 May 2021, opening of passenger flights with Uzbekistan on the route Almaty – Samarkand – Almaty with a frequency of 2 flights per week for each side.


At the same time starting from 20 May 2021 a phased replacement of Air Astana’s Atyrau – Frankfurt – Atyrau flights with a frequency of 1 flight per week with a further increase to 2 flights per week as the restrictions are lifted by the Netherlands.


We note that the flights will be operated in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and in accordance with the published schedule on the websites of the airlines.
