Information for “Bek Air” passengers on cancelled flights

For passengers on Bek Air flights cancelled before January 7 inclusive, Air Astana will offer a price that does not exceed the cost of the original Bek Air ticket, subject to availability.

In General, Air Astana introduced 5 additional flights from Nur-Sultan to Almaty and back from 27 to 29 December.

The airline continues to work on the introduction of additional domestic flights in order to help passengers on canceled “Bek Air” flights to reach their destination in a timely manner.

SCAT air company extends passenger assistance to Bek Air until January 31, 2020.Transportation is subject to availability. To arrange transportation, you have to contact the representatives of the airline Bek Air.

In addition, as part of the support, SCAT provides assistance in the delivery of Bek air crews from the regions to their places of residence.

Qazaq Air also continues to assist with the transportation of Bek Air passengers until 31 December 2019, subject to availability.

The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development , according to the instructions of the Government of RK, arranged additional train Nur-Sultan – Almaty for passengers of cancelled “ Bek Air” flights.

The train departs on December 30, 2019 at 22.03 from Nur-Sultan-1 station and arrives at Almaty-2 station at 17.30 on December 31, 2019.Passengers wishing to use the railway service should contact the representatives of Bek Air to form a list.
