In accordance with the decision of the Interdepartmental Commission on preventing the emergence and spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 2021, it is allowed to open international flights from Turkestan to Istanbul with a frequency of 4 flights per week for Kazakhstani airlines (Air Astana, SCAT).
In addition, according to the above decision, an increase in flights to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine on the following routes is allowed:
• Almaty - Tashkent - Almaty for 4 flights, from 4 to 8 flights per week (Air Astana - 2, Uzbekistan Airways - 2);
• Almaty-Bishkek-Almaty for 2 flights, from 3 to 5 flights per week (Air Astana - 2);
• Almaty-Kyiv-Almaty for 1 flight, from 1 to 2 flights per week (Air Astana - 1).
We note that flights will be operated in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements and in accordance with the published schedule on the airline's websites.
