FlyArystan announced that the expansion of its route network from Taraz with the start of ticket sales for Taraz to Nur-Sultan. Flights will be operated daily on Airbus A320 jets with 180 seats from October 3, 2019. The lowest price for one-way travel from Taraz to the capital starts from just 6999 KZT. The lead-in fare offered of 6999 KZT is 72% lower than the lowest competitor fare offered on this key route to the Capital. The duration of the flight between Taraz and Nur-Sultan will be approximately an hour and a half.

«According to the data of the Civil Aviation Committee of Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since FlyArystan started operating its flights, passenger traffic at Taraz airport increased by about 140%. This increase only reflects the initial flight to Almaty and we are sure that with the advent of the new service to Nur-Sultan, this number will increase even more significantly. With the additional second daily flight, FlyArystan will be able to provide the city with more than an additional 130,000 seats annually departing from/to Taraz» said FlyArystan Director of Sales & Marketing Janar Jailouva.

As a reminder FlyArystan started daily flights from Taraz to Almaty on May 1st of this year and in less than 5 months FlyArystan has flown more than 46,000 passengers on its initial route to Almaty. Of these customers nearly 90% of seats were sold for less than 10,000 KZT and nearly 50% were sold for less than 5000 KZT.
