23/11/2023

Today, the Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Maksat Kaliakparov visited the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan. The digitalization of AAK and the provision of services through the portals E-license and E-otinish were discussed during the conference. The Vice-Minister stressed the significance of the services provided and the ongoing need to advance the work in this area. The Aviation Administration discussed ideas for automating business procedures and transitioning to a new self-financing model at the meeting. The security and privacy of personal data, the development of a database and a move away from paper-based processes, the automation of control and supervision over the operations of civil aviation entities, and the capacity to quickly and human-factor-free analyze risks are all guaranteed by the automation of AAK business processes.

Twenty different kinds of public services are offered by AAK departments. 99% of the governmental services that AAK offers now are automated.
