Within the framework of work on the further resumption and opening of international communication, the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the aviation authorities of the People's Republic of China worked out the issue of increasing the number of regular passenger flights between Kazakhstan and China taking into account the restrictions of the Chinese side on the number of frequencies and the destination points.
So, starting from December 23 this year the Chinese airline company "China Southern Airlines" plans to start regular passenger flights on the route Almaty - Xi'an with the frequency of one flight a week on Fridays by B-738 type aircraft.
The opening of this flight will have a positive impact on the development of trade and economic, investment, tourism and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
