The Aviation Security Department of the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan held an interactive seminar on the implementation of the "Aviation Security Golden Rules". The session was organized to improve the level of aviation security culture, as well as to prepare for the upcoming ICAO aviation security audit.

Heads of aviation security services, instructors and instructor-coordinators for aviation security of airlines and training centers received a large amount of information on the practical application of the key principles of security culture among industry employees. Experts reviewed and discussed best practices for developing a positive aviation security culture.

The "Aviation Security Golden Rules" of is a set of simple, but at the same time the most important recommendations for ensuring the safety of passengers and personnel of civil aviation organizations. The rules cover a wide range of aspects, from preparation for the flight to behavior in the terminal and on board the aircraft and depend on the vigilance of both airport personnel and the passengers themselves.

It should be noted that the Golden Rules were supported at the meeting of the Aviation Security Group - Europe and North Atlantic in the office of the European/North Atlantic Office of ICAO. During the second meeting of the Coordination Group on Aviation Security of the Central Asia and Caucasus countries, it was recommended to implement these rules in the countries participating in the group. These rules will also be initiated for implementation in the countries of the Eurasian Civil Aviation Conference.

The seminar decided to include the "Aviation Security Golden Rules" in the training material for students of aviation security courses and the educational programs of the Civil Aviation Academy and the Aviation College.

In addition, stands with the "Aviation Security Golden Rules" will be installed in airport terminals, classrooms and administrative buildings of civil aviation entities, and will also be posted on their own Internet resources.
