In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, employees of the aviation industry were awarded state awards on Independence Day for contribution to the economic development of Kazakhstan. Yeren Enbegi Ushin Medal for work achievements in the economy, social area and public service, was awarded to Vyacheslav Aushev, Air Astana Captain, Konstantin Ushakov, Director of Aircraft Repair Plant No. 405.

In addition, in honor of the main state holiday – Independence Day, a number of employees of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation from the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Peter Griffiths, General Director of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Nurmanov, Aviation Security Inspector, Baltabek Duskinov, Aviation Medical Inspector, Gulzhaina Sagyndykova, Aviation Medical Inspector and Elena Khusainova, Aviation Security Inspector were awarded the certificate of appreciation for their impeccable work and contribution to the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
