Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan reports that An 2 aircraft of Orlan 2000 Airlines was on the sanitary mission Ust-Kamenogorsk-Aksuat. At 12.50 the crew reported an emergency situation with the engine. The aircraft Captain decided to land the aircraft 1.5 km away from Ust-Kamenogorsk airport. There were 5 people on board, among them 3 crew members and 2 service passengers. There are no victims.
