Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan organized an Airline Planning Workshop together with Boeing

Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, together with Boeing held an Airline Planning Workshop. The event took place from November 14 to 18, 2022, in Astana.
The purpose of the workshop was to gather potential future talents of the Kazakhstani civil aviation industry and unite all interested parties for future development and business success. The seminar covered highly sought-after topics such as: Airline strategies and business models, Market demand, Network and fleet planning, Aircraft performance, Airline economics, Value analysis and Aviation industry sustainability.
The workshop was attended by representatives of airlines operating regular passenger traffic
Air Astana, Fly Arystan, Qazaq Air and SCAT, and the international airports of Almaty, Astana, and Aktau, and also specialists of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, RSE KazAeroNavigation, Civil Aviation Committee MIID RK and Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan.
During the visit of the Kazakhstan Aviation Administration, the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development, Kairbek Uskenbayev, and the Chairman of the Civil Aviation Committee MIID RK Talgat Lastayev, became acquainted with the work of the seminar. The Minister expressed his gratitude to the organizers, both from Boeing and the Administration's assistance in the organization of the workshop. The Minister also noted that such events not only increase the level of knowledge of specialists, but also show the importance of cooperation.
All participants received certificates at the end of the seminar. Catalin Radu, General Director of Kazakhstan's Aviation Administration, and Monte Frazier, Boeing's Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Russia and the CIS, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation at the Astana seminar. As part of this Memorandum, the two entities will enhance collaboration on safety-related areas and provide mutual support to improve aviation in Kazakhstan.
