Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan has recalled the operator’s certificate and certificates of airworthiness from Bek Air JSC

Since Bek Air JSC failed to fulfill instructions to rectify violations issued by Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 12, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 2 of Article 16-9 of the Airspace Use and Aviation Operations Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2010, as well as the Main Transport Prosecutor’s Office instruction the operator certificate of Bek Air JSC is recalled.

The airworthiness certificates of 9 Fokker aircrafts owned by Bek Air JSC were recalled as well.

As previously reported, Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC together with the Main Transport Prosecutor’s Office, conducted an unscheduled audit of the Bek Air airline. As a result of which extreme violations of the law were identified that impacts flight safety.
