AAK attended the international event "Technology and Safety" at the invitation of the leadership of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport (Rostransnadzor), where areas of cooperation in aviation safety were explored. As a result of the event, an agreement was reached to work together and expand collaboration with Rostransnadzor in the sector of civil aviation. During his visit, AAK Director General Catalin Radu met with representatives from the Eurasian Economic Commission, led by Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Arzybek Kozhoshev. The EEC Minister addressed the key orientations of the Commission's efforts, as well as planned activities within the framework of the approved Declaration on the Further Development of the EAEU's Economic Processes until 2030 and the Eurasian Economic Path until 2045. The parties discussed the intention to establish the Eurasian Civil Aviation Conference and emphasized the importance of continuing to work together to maintain a regular discussion on the development of international civil aviation.

Catalin Radu also met with Oleg Storchev, Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). The parties examined the Committee's results and work program, as well as plans for the expansion of interstate and international collaboration and future cooperation on flight safety, accident investigation, aviation equipment certification, and training.
