"Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan" JSC is constantly improving the quality and effectiveness of the public services. Currently, for the convenience of citizens and legal entities, the process of issuing or restoring certificates to aviation personnel (licenses) is carried out through Public Service Centers (PSC).

In order to continue uninterrupted issue of new licenses to aviation personnel, due to the large number of applicants, we would highly appreciate legal representatives to provide documents for the issuance of the licenses gradually, no more than 10 applications per one filing portion through the PSC within three weeks.

The rules for the issuance and extension of certificates of aviation personnel can be found on the website www.caakz.com in the Order of the Minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2013 No. 750. Registered in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 5, 2013 No 8782. The latest edition as of 23.07.2019 (effective from 01.08.2019).
