Representatives of “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” JSC, headed by General Director Peter Griffiths, visited the domestic enterprise for the production and use of modern high-tech unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of “Roboavia” LLP in Shymkent. During the visit, the capabilities of a prototype UAV – SAPSAN 3000, as well as the production facilities of the enterprise were demonstrated. It should be noted that “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” JSC has been working to improve the legislation on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

In addition, during a working trip to the Shymkent airport, representatives of the RSE “Kazaeronavigatsia” demonstrated a mobile air traffic control tower, and the management of the Shymkent international airport acquainted the delegation of “Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan” JSC with the project for the integrated development of Shymkent airport until 2030.
