They put the matter on flights: air passengers in Kazakhstan have more rights

A number of amendments are being introduced to strengthen the rights of passengers, Orda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Civil Aviation Committee.
The CAC recalled that on December 29, 2022, appropriate amendments were made to the law “On the use of the airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and aviation activities”, as well as on March 14, 2023, to the rules for the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air transport.
